Instructor Responsibilities

Curriculum Support

Help create course content, lesson outlines, demonstrations, and student learning materials.

Student Engagement

Offer guidance, answer student questions, and encourage a respectful and supportive learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Practical experience in herbalism, natural product formulation, crystal education, or holistic wellness
Teaching, mentoring, workshop, or public speaking experience
Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners and developing practitioners
Alignment with ethical, community-centered, and nature-respecting values
Comfort creating video lessons, written guides, or course resources
